Our Historic Black Landscaping slate is the same slate stone as the floor tiles yet in a thicker profile able to withstand not only freeze thaw but also a direct set application. The slate paving stones come 3/4" thick with a natural cleft surface.

Black/Gray slate is a very rich traditional way to maintain a historical look to older houses when considering adding new walkways or patios.
